2. Use of Galleries
Client galleries hosted via Pic-Time are for personal use only, unless otherwise specified in writing. Clients may:
Download images included in their package
Share images online with proper credit (e.g., 📸 NeverStill Studio)
Order prints via the provided gallery (if enabled)
Clients may not:
Resell, redistribute, or use images for commercial purposes without explicit permission
Edit, filter, or alter images in ways that distort the original intent or representation
Model releases and limited usage rights are granted per session agreement. Contact us directly for extended licensing or publication inquiries.
3. Creative Work and Portfolio Use
NeverStill Studio retains the right to showcase selected work from sessions—including images taken at private events—for promotional purposes (e.g., portfolio, blog, social media, awards) unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing prior to your session.
4. Booking, Retainers, and Cancellations
All bookings require a signed contract and a non-refundable retainer to secure your session date. Remaining balances are due as outlined in your client agreement. Rescheduling policies, delivery timelines, and session scope are governed by your service contract, which supersedes this general Terms of Use.
NeverStill Studio reserves the right to decline bookings that do not align with our values, mission, or creative direction.
5. Blog and Educational Content
This website may include blog posts, behind-the-scenes content, or photography experiments shared for educational and storytelling purposes. Any informal or artistic work shown in these posts is not available for resale or unauthorized reproduction.
You may share blog content via direct link with proper attribution. Do not reprint or excerpt blog content without written permission.
6. External Links and Embedded Content
This site may contain links to third-party websites or embed platforms (e.g., Pic-Time, HoneyBook, QuickBooks). NeverStill Studio is not responsible for the content, policies, or security of these third-party services.
