Photography & Content That Moves With Your Story
Weddings, Portraits & Events
I grew up here. The Pacific Northwest isn’t just a backdrop—it’s shaped how I see the world.
This place taught me to pay attention: to people mid-laugh, mid-dance, mid-vow, mid-rebellion. Always mid-story. Always in motion.
Life is weird, beautiful, and never still. That’s the energy I bring to every shoot.
Surprise proposals. Portraits. Weddings. Performances. Big events. Quiet ones.
Even the things that don’t fit a category—if it matters to you, I’ll be there to document it.
You don’t have to pose (unless you want to).
You don’t have to perform (unless that’s your thing).
You don’t have to shrink, simplify, or mask yourself to belong in a photograph.
I give clear direction when it’s helpful, and fade into the background when it’s not. I work fast without rushing, using pro gear and a calm presence to keep things moving and easy.
You’ll get a fully edited, high-resolution gallery—ready to download, share, and keep for good. You’ll also have the option to order prints or create a custom album—now or later, for you or for family.
Big day? Lots going on?
For big or busy events, my spouse and I shoot together as a team—two photographers, two perspectives, lots of lenses, and seamless coverage.
Photography isn’t just for the polished or the perfect.
It’s for the messy. The magical.
The in-between too.
It’s for your event.
It’s for everyone.
It’s for you.

A little about me (BZ)
I’m BZ aka Britt (they/them), a queer, neurodivergent photographer raised in the Pacific Northwest—where foggy mornings, rocky shores, and late-night rehearsals shaped how I see the world. I have a knack for finding stillness in chaos—and movement inside stillness.
I’ve been a photographer for over ten years—but I’ve been taking pictures with what my friends call “the eye” since I was a kid. The eye and the brain run in the family.
I’m a little nicheless, a little nerdy, and occasionally try to run off with the circus—seriously. I carry a deep love for performance, protest, artists, and documenting the parts of life that don’t always make it into the spotlight.
I care deeply about visual storytelling. I never get tired of capturing connection, emotion, and the weird little moments that make something real.
I live in Bellingham with my brilliant spouse (and occasional second photographer) and our four ridiculous cats.
Always learning. Always curious. Never still.
